Click on the link, save the file into a temporary directory, then double-click the down loaded .exe file (from the Windows Explorer for example, or a folder view window).

Outlook Calendar Printout (OutlookCalendar.exe, 100k self-extracting)

This is from the Microsoft App Farm, but it has been modified to print appointments in color, based on the Category assigned to the appointment. This is a 100k .EXE file. It will (try to) extract Outlook Calendar Printout v9.dot into the MS Office Word97 templates directory.
